Residential Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Staff Technician to manage residential building maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle electrical work, including wiring, switches, panels, lights, fans, and power supply">
• Attend plumbing issues, leakages, blockages, pipe fittings, pumps, and water supply">
• Do routine checks and preventive maintenance of society equipment">
• Attend residents' complaints and resolve them on time">
• Keep records of maintenance work and repairs">
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors if needed">
• Follow safety rules while working">

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of residential building maintenance issues, electrical, and plumbing">
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide quick solutions">
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Plumbing, or related field">
• 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in residential societies or real estate projects">
