Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution
    • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience.
    • Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to optimize discoverability and conversion.
  • Customer Experience Optimization
    • Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction through personalized interactions.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
  • Content Management & Web Analytics
    • Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions and optimize site performance.
    • Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
    • Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability and drive sales growth.
    • Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
    • Identify areas for improvement in site navigation and implement changes that enhance user experience and simplify product discovery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize merchandising initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
