Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Trade Logistics Specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of shipments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Planning: Coordinate with sales teams to plan shipments based on customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels and prepare invoicing plans accordingly to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare pre- and post-export documents, including certificates of origin and insurance certificates, to facilitate smooth international trade transactions.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with manufacturing sites to coordinate shipment movements and ensure efficient transportation of goods.
  • Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiate freight rates with freight forwarders and coordinate with transporters and customs brokers to execute shipments efficiently.
  • Post-Shipment Verification: Verify post-shipment documents and submit them to relevant authorities within stipulated timeframes to avoid delays and penalties.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Audit Support: Assist in handling audit-related queries and maintain knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and LC Clause to support trade operations.
  • ERP System Proficiency: Work proficiently on ERP systems like TCS ION/SAP HANA to prepare management information reports and optimize business processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in export coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
