
Manufacturing Operational Leader

- Ensure Safety and Efficiency: Enforce safety protocols, improve environmental health and safety.
- Lead Production Teams: Monitor daily activities, drive team performance.
- Deliver Quality Results: Meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive Improvement: Define and implement improvement plans on operational and managerial results.
- Implement Performance System: Further develop the APSYS performance system.
- Develop Autonomous Teams: Develop team efficiency, multi-skills, and represent site management towards employees.
- Enforce Safety Protocols: Maintain production means in good working order, take all appropriate measures in case of risk.
- Safety Training: Ensure safety training is provided to newcomers.
- Improve Safety: Communicate, perform GPI, evaluate risks, react to incidents by implementing improvement actions.
- Analyze Accidents: Analyze accidents, make sure that related action plans are implemented.
- Meet Customer Requirements: Ensure production according to quality required by the customer.
- Respect Procedures: Ensure that procedures are respected and self-inspection performed.
- Treat Non-Conformances: Ensure rework and non-conformances (internal and external) are treated.
- Organize Problem Solving: Participate, escalate information if necessary, call for assistance from support functions, track eradication.
- Update Technical Work Permits: Organize the update of specific technical work permits and self-inspection validations.
- Anticipate Problems: Drive autonomous teams work in order to comply with production planning.
- Corrective Actions: Define and implement corrective actions when late versus planning.
- Manage Cost Base: Stick to and manage the monthly cost base.
- Optimize Resources: Optimize the allocation of available resources, track individual time sheets.
- Manage Budget: Manage budget through indicators (productivity & overheads).
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage Autonomous Teams: Manage autonomous teams around SQCD objectives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of results.
- Define Management: Define management of Production organisation.
- Deploy Industrial Strategies: Deploy Industrial Strategies in-line with Product Line Management Committee decisions.
- Participate in Planning: Participate in the investment/budget planning.
- Active Participation: Active Participation during New Product Introduction (NPI) along with Industrialization & Transfer of technology.
- Capture Return of Experience: Capturing of Return of experience (REX) from Shop floor on quality and productivity aspects.
- Workforce Management: Workforce Management and Planning as per Site Sales & Operations plan (Long term production planning).
- Resource Adequacy: Ensure that the function is resourced adequately, in terms of number of people and skills.
- Manage Department KPIs: Manage the department KPIs.
- APSYS Implementation: Be responsible for the correct implementation for APSYS pertaining to Manufacturing domain.
Regular B.E Electrical / Mechanical
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant area
- Production System Knowledge: Knowledge of production system (lean manufacturing), and basics in Supply Chain
- Summarize Critical Issues: Ability to summarize and focus on the critical issues
- Teamwork: Working together with CFT to drive results
- Good Communication: Good Communication skills
- Multi-Cultural Teamwork: Multi-cultural Management Teamwork and Customer oriented
- Data Driven: Data driven and courageous, rigor - Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships
