Job Title: Senior Murex Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Murex Implementation Expert to lead our team in delivering a complex Murex upgrade project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Murex architecture and the ability to manage end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of the project, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, critical path activities, and track their mitigation, resolution, and solutions.
  • Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Manage people and resources effectively.
  • Establish governance levels and track project status.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6 years' experience in Murex Project Management and Program Management.
  • A strong understanding of Murex architecture and the ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with offshore delivery management and team management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira, etc.), and Scrum certification.
