Are you a seasoned piping engineering expert looking for a challenging role that leverages your technical leadership skills? We are seeking an experienced Piping Design Leader to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile projects and lead cross-functional teams.

As a Piping Design Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of piping systems for industrial facilities. Your extensive experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, and refinery plants will enable you to drive projects forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to deliver piping engineering work packages.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within project teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and decision-making support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with construction management to identify and mitigate hazards associated with piping installations.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven capability in an engineering design company.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a previous track record of successfully working in PMC/FEED teams.
  • Experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred.
  • A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
