Nutrition Sales Expert

As a Nutrition Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of Abbott Nutrition products by fostering strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Main Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for market share growth within your assigned territory, focusing on increasing awareness and recommendation of our products among HCPs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of medical and nutritional science to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to a broad network of HCPs.
- Develop and execute multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for our brand and drive business growth.
- Secure commitments from HCPs to recommend our products as their preferred choice by educating them on the importance of nutrition in improving patient quality of life.
- Determine and deliver a 'Unique Value Proposition' from the HCP's perspective by continuously uncovering their needs and priorities through various touchpoints and engagement activities.
You will establish target customers and develop clear customer plans to achieve coverage, frequency, and call rate objectives. Implement customer segmentation, identify new leads/customers, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and our brands.
Measure progress against customer and account objectives, per the account plan, and take action to ensure targets and KPIs are met. Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
Requirements- Graduate degree in any field
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience in the Pharma/Nutrition industry
- Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate that knowledge into effective in-clinic performance
- Good understanding of nutrition science and ability to establish connections and develop contacts and relationships
