Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at FatakPay Digital Private Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and provide guidance on recruitment policies and best practices.
You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Source candidates using various methods, screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Management: Maintain candidate databases, manage ATS, keep candidates informed about the status of their applications, and provide feedback as necessary.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members.
- Recruitment Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and promote the employer brand through online and offline channels.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the BPO or similar industry.
- Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
