Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a segment-specific marketing strategy for commercial vehicles and tractors, ensuring effective management of corresponding marketing budgets.
  • Manage the portfolio and product lifecycle according to business requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine target segments and existing product ranges, as well as identify automotive trends and compensation.
  • Analyze data to recommend adjustments to the product portfolio (additions or deletions) accordingly.
  • Execute consumer and Trade BTL activations with the sales team, promoting the segment's products effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Global APAC marketing team to ensure global inputs on branding are incorporated.
  • Provide market intelligence and implement corrective actions based on this data.
  • Ensure timely input on monthly indents for respective segments to guarantee product availability of promo packs.

Main Objectives

  • Drive overall performance and market share growth of the Heavy Duty Diesel Engine oil & Auxiliary Products segment.
  • Effectively utilize A&P marketing spend for the segment.
  • Maintain close monitoring of sales performance and business environment to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure successful execution of marketing projects through the Sales team.
  • Sustain product/price positioning and brand strategy.
