**Job Title:** Sourcing Expert in Ariba Guided Solutions

Our company is seeking an experienced sourcing expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, specifically in Guided Sourcing.

The role involves end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with ERP systems to streamline procurement operations.

  • Implement and support Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
Requirements:

Please review the following skills and qualifications before applying:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.
