Job Title: Technical Lead

As a seasoned technical lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and integration of Python-based applications with Large Language Models (LLMs). This involves architecting and implementing LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation. You will also design scalable microservices and APIs for AI features, collaborate with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production, and ensure performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security in LLM workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with FastAPI and Flask.
  • Solid experience with LLM integration using OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Experience with prompt engineering & evaluation techniques, as well as knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
