AI/ML Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Software Development Specialist to assist our esteemed client in finding the perfect candidate for their job opening.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, combined with hands-on experience in Python and AI frameworks.

This role involves developing and optimizing AI models for deployment on edge devices, focusing on anomaly detection and sensor data processing. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

  • Anomaly Detection and Model Optimization: Design and implement anomaly detection models using statistical and unsupervised learning techniques, optimize AI models for edge devices, and apply appropriate preprocessing, noise reduction, and feature extraction techniques.
  • AI Frameworks and Tools: Utilize deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, GRU, and GANs, perform model evaluation, optimization, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning, and visualize and analyze datasets using Python tools like Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing systems and applications.

Required Skills:

  • Fundamental Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, and transfer learning.
  • Experience with AI Frameworks and Tools: Proficient in utilizing popular AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Data Visualization and Analysis: Skilled in data visualization and analysis using Python libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Anomaly Detection Techniques: Familiarity with anomaly detection techniques, including statistical models, unsupervised learning, and threshold-based methods.

Good to Have:

  • Sensor Data Processing: Experience in processing and analyzing sensor data, including noise reduction, feature extraction, and preprocessing techniques.
  • Generative AI and RAG Techniques: Familiarity with generative AI and applying RAG (Relational Autoencoder) techniques would be an added value.

Others:

  • Age and Profile: Preferably young to mid-career professionals aged 25–35 years old with flexible thinking and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Culture Interest: Interest in Japanese culture is desirable.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • Senior: 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML software development.
  • Mid-level: 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML software development.
  • Junior: 1-2 years of experience in AI/ML software development.
