**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented HBM Layout Team Lead to join our team in India. As a key member of the core HBM leadership team, you will contribute to the overall success of the Micron's HBM India operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog/custom layout design, with expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design for intensive applications such as artificial intelligence and high-performance computing solution, High Bandwidth Memory.

About the Role

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet schedule and milestone.
  • Collaborate with peer teams across Micron's global footprint to meet scheduled milestones.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of experience in analog/custom layout in advanced CMOS process, in various technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • Minimum 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS is a must.
  • Strong skills in layout and floor planning, manual routing.
  • Able to build and continuously develop a premier analog/mixed-signal layout team.
  • Experience in managing multiple Custom IC layout projects.
