As a specialist in custom model development, training, and pipeline creation, you will play a key role in expanding the global AI team. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful, large-scale AI solutions while working with an international team.

The ideal candidate will design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems, building scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams across India and Europe to integrate AI solutions into real-world products, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.

Additional tasks involve optimizing models with advanced techniques, contributing to research initiatives, and adopting the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems).
  • Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  • Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
