Industry-Leading Manufacturing Excellence RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Manufacturing Excellence team. As a Dy. Manager/Manager-Manufacturing Excellence, you will be instrumental in implementing MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) and Lean Manufacturing principles.This role requires a strong focus on optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead efforts to streamline material flow, enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce waste across our manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities
  • Lean & Work Measurement: Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and conduct Work Measurement using the MOST methodology. This includes performing MOST studies and cycle time studies to analyze and optimize operations.
  • Process Optimization: Drive the streamlining of material flow and process flow. You will be responsible for OEE improvement, conducting Non-Value Added (NVA) analysis and reduction, and implementing single-piece flow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage process development, Value Analysis, and continuous improvement projects. This involves reducing waste using Time study Waste Observation Opportunities Objectives Directions Steps techniques and implementing methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Layout & Planning: Oversee line balancing activities and the implementation of Value Stream improvements across equipment, processes, and equipment layout. You will also be involved in capital expenditure (Capex) and operational expenditure (Opex) planning.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Work Measurement methodologies, particularly MOST.
  • Strong background in process development, continuous improvement, and Value Analysis.
  • Knowledge of waste reduction techniques, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Familiarity with OEE improvement, NVA analysis, and single-piece flow.
  • Experience with Capex and Opex planning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management and implementation abilities, and effective leadership and communication skills to drive change across teams.
