Job Title: TMS Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled TMS Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and configuring Transport Management Software to ensure seamless communication between systems.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining integrations between the TMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP/OMS/WMS), ensuring data flows reliably. You will also configure carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to achieve optimal rates and labels. Additionally, you will set up warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.

A key aspect of this role is implementing business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable. You will also apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or an equivalent).
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
