Job Description

As a seasoned PLM Service Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module.

You will provide first-level support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH), ensuring seamless operation and resolving technical issues promptly.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customization management, and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-PD/PDH
  • Performing API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Delivering post-production support/hypercare service
  • Creating custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Performing Root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Executing Agile data migration processes
  • Conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing
  • Analyzing and prioritizing support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies
  • Experience with custom reports development using oracle tools
  • Background in Agile data migration techniques
  • Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
