We are seeking an experienced Delphi developer to join our team.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Delphi Windows application development.
  • Location: Offshore
  • Joiners: Immediate

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Delphi-based multi-tier desktop applications within a mature Agile SDLC environment. They will work closely with business teams to deliver efficient and effective software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop customized Delphi Windows applications.
  • Translate requirements from legacy Delphi apps for greenfield projects.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Work with SQL Server databases (T-SQL, stored procedures).
  • Collaborate with QA & cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  • Create technical documentation (Confluence, JIRA, Visio, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Delphi 6+ (Object Oriented Pascal), Delphi package development.
  • SQL Server 2012+, T-SQL, RDBMS modeling.
  • SDLC (analysis → design → testing → deployment → support).
  • Object-Oriented design principles & patterns.
  • Source control / ALM software, versioning & release management.
