Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7-10 years of integration experience to lead the design and development of robust data integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end integration flows that ensure performance, security, and compliance.
  • Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.

Techincal Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and enforce best practices.
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Diagnostics complex technical/functional issues and resolve them with root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Partner with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7-10 years in integration development, with strong focus on OIC.
  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules with third-party systems.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
