We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Collector to join our team. As a key member of our collection process, you will be responsible for facilitating the payment collection from clients.

• Drive Collection Activities: Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency and drive activities to achieve targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow-up with Customers: Proactively communicate with customers to resolve outstanding payments and minimize debts.
• Manage Payment Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to payment collection account receivables.
• Strategic Improvements: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in the collections process and implement changes to enhance performance.
• Dispute Resolution: Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
