Job Title: Senior Windows Server Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Server Administrator to join our team at Swift Strategic Staff Solutions INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Administration, Networking, and Performance Tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Windows Server-related issues
  • Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DHCP
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows Server technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Networking, and Performance Tuning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work in shifts following the US holiday calendar
