We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to take on the role of Technical Lead.

This position requires an individual with hands-on experience in developing scalable applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, SQL, and AWS Cloud Data Platform, as well as have experience with Docker containers, Terraform scripting, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability by contributing to the completion of assigned tasks, adhering to high-quality software development lifecycle, and following best practices and standards to ensure technical compliance.

  • AWS Services such as ECS, EKS, ECR, S3, EC2, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Glue, Event Bridge, Cloud Watch, IAM, RDS, Backup Services, Systems Manager.
  • Database design concepts, API design concepts, intermediary SQL programming, and implementation of CI/CD pipeline experience.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and people interactions within their own team or department at the operational level.

Nice-to-have skills include motivated self-starter team player who is organized and methodical, good database skills in either DB2 or Oracle, good data analysis and presentation skills, performance tuning of queries and report calculations, and knowledge of best practice architectures.
