Accounts Receivable Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in AR, with a strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes and ensure timely resolution.
  • Responsible for follow-up with field locations for necessary supporting documents required for billing.
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers, and negotiate payment plans as needed.
  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduates and/or postgraduates with 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable.
  • End-to-end knowledge in AR, including billing and invoicing, cash application, and customer reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.
  • Oral and written communications skills in English, with a high level of proficiency.
