Job Description

The Visual Media Specialist at Housr will be responsible for capturing the essence of our properties and events through stunning photography and videography. This role requires close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing content that drives interest and engagement from our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality images and videos of Housr's properties, showcasing their key features and unique selling points.
  • Develop and implement creative content strategies with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on the latest photography and videography trends and technologies in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order.
  • Maintain and organize a portfolio of property and event photography and videography.
  • Deliver high-quality content that meets Housr's branding and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and drones.
  • Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software of Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, LightRoom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar software).
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate & coliving industry trends and terminology is a plus.
