Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics.

You'll work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collaterals.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.">
• Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.">
• Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.">
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.">
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.">
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.">
• 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).">
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus).">
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.">
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.">
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.">
