Key Responsibilities:
- Support leadership team to formulate and drive the strategy for growth, transformation, and profitability
- Closely work with BH and leadership team of SME to solve key business challenges
- Cross sell management - Launch of opportunity, setting the tie up structure campaigns, conduct reviews
- Ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Banking
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and influencing skills
- CA, MBA or any other similar professional qualification
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
