Job Title: IVR Tester

A crucial role in ensuring the quality of our Conversational AI platform

 

  • Create and execute complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid defects.
  • Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points.
  • Partner with product and technology partners to deliver a superior user experience with a focus on quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, automate, and execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee defect-free software.
  2. Review and provide feedback on technical designs and specifications through collaborative sessions.
  3. Manage test artifacts, including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy, and Test Summary reports.
  4. Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure seamless user experiences.

 

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including creating test plans, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Expertise in testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI, and cognitive solutions.
  • Experience with automated test tools like Hammer On Demand, Hammer Call Master, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech and Speech to Text technologies.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Understanding of Rally for project and test management.
  • Experience writing and executing IVR test cases.
