Job Requirements
  • Drive technical execution: Lead delivery of backend and frontend modules, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Scale smartly: Enhance and evolve existing backend systems with scalable architecture patterns and thoughtful refactoring.
  • Architect high-performance services: Build reliable and efficient systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Enable observability: Work closely with DevOps to ensure production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with technical peers, product managers, and occasionally with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment of business and tech priorities.
  • Mentor and lead: Grow backend engineering capabilities by providing clear guidance, thoughtful code reviews, and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills:

  • 7–10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture.
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more.
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
