Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases for ETL processes and data pipelines.

You will perform source-to-target data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation using your strong expertise in SQL for data validation and query writing.

A key member of our data engineering team, you will automate data testing using Python scripts and frameworks, create and maintain test data and test environments, and collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, and analysts to understand business and data requirements.

You will also identify and log defects, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner by building reusable test automation tools and frameworks for data validation.

In addition, you will participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of our data engineering practices.

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Testing, with a strong understanding of ETL tools, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling.

A plus is experience with big data ecosystems and exposure to version control systems and CI/CD tools.

Your analytical and troubleshooting skills will enable you to tackle complex data-related challenges and drive results-driven solutions.
