SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP and QM consultant to lead key implementation projects optimizing manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Configure process steps such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.
  • Analyze business processes mapping them to SAP S/4HANA functionalities identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Evaluate integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, WM, and FICO ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Support data migration activities setting up master data materials BOMs routings inspection plans, and transactional data.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for system reliability and performance.
  • Develop training programs creating documentation functional specifications configuration documents user manuals, and offer post-go-live support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes minimizing disruption to operations.
Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP processes Discrete Manufacturing Process, Manufacturing MRP, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Execution.
  • Familiarity with SAP QM processes Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps for PP/QM and embedded analytics.
  • Experience integrating with MM, SD, WM, and FICO modules.
  • Expertise in planning strategies Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, Assemble-to-Order.
  • Knowledge in Customization of creation and Assignment of Plant Storage Locations and Warehouse.

Education & Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field A master's degree in IT Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Background in renewable energy manufacturing or power sector highly desirable.
