**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Governance Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive governance and automation platform for enforcing best practices.

This is a remote position that requires strong Python skills with emphasis on testing frameworks & automation, as well as experience integrating with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting, including backend experience with databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities include creating a framework similar to a testing suite that validates code and practices, finishing incomplete rule sets, enabling engineers to write custom compliance checks, and creating global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.

Key skills and technologies required include Python, testing frameworks, automation, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, databases (SQL), and data pipelines.

As the Automation Governance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the development of high-quality automated processes and tools. You will work closely with the engineering team to design, implement, and maintain a robust governance framework that meets the needs of the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automated processes for rule validation and compliance checking
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to integrate automated processes into existing workflows
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
