The ideal candidate will lead and manage QA teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications. The individual will oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations, perform performance testing using JMeter, and conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.

The successful candidate will design and execute API testing workflows using Postman, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness. They will also manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools) and implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership
  • Strong expertise in Magento and e-commerce platforms with customized codebases
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing

Preferred qualifications include experience with NetSuite-related testing, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
