Telefundraising Representative

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai.

This role involves making outbound calls and attending inbound queries in English & Telugu.

The successful candidate will be responsible for explaining crowdfunding services clearly and persuasively to customers, supporting fundraising campaigns with information, guidance, and customer service, and maintaining call records, follow-up schedules, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

A strong background in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English & Telugu, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
