Accounts Payable Associate Role

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for processing company invoices and end-to-end financial processes. This position requires daily interaction with suppliers and close cooperation with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigating supplier invoice disputes on a daily basis to resolve issues efficiently
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Reconciling Supplier statements and managing dispute resolution
  • Archiving and filing of documents in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and aligned vendor and partner contacts to drive business growth
  • Managing and maintaining the pipeline for opportunities within defined criteria and accounts base
  • Providing support and assistance to colleagues on queries and requests
  • Taking responsibility for self-development in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work effectively as a responsible, conscientious, and reliable team member
  • Sound business acumen and ability to understand and interact with customers
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
