Job Title

A Telecom Operations Manager is required to lead a team of Team Leads and associates in meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for any and all functions in the Department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and be currently working as an Assistant Manager for Telecom processes.

Duties include supervising and leading a group of Team Leads and associates, maintaining daily, weekly and monthly production reports, driving customer experience metrics, and meeting all key SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a group of Team Leads and associates to meet all SLAs relative to any and all functions in the Department.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
  • Customer Experience: Drive customer experience metrics.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Meet all key SLAs and KPIs.
  • Department Coordination: Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects.
  • Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with other internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team.
