We are seeking an exceptional Critical Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the ICU and Emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform life-saving procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management with precision and expertise.
• Manage complex cases including trauma, sepsis, cardiac, neurological, and post-surgical patients with compassion and skill.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and physicians to ensure seamless patient management.
• Supervise and guide ICU nursing staff and junior doctors to maintain optimal documentation, patient safety, and adherence to medical protocols.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and drive excellence.

Requirements:

• MD/DNB/DM in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification is required.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical acumen and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Excellent communication and team management skills are essential.
