Senior Web Developer Position

This is a senior web development position that requires 8+ years of experience in developing web applications using modern tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building scalable, efficient, and user-centric web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built web applications using React, TypeScript, CSS, and Jest/Vitest
  • Experienced with modern JavaScript coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • User-centric mindset with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Champion of CI/CD practices for product builds
  • Exposure to back-end technologies such as APIs, databases, cloud services, and infrastructure
  • Solution consultation and development in accordance with enterprise technology principles, methods, standards, and practices
  • Estimation, solution design, detailed technical design, application technical deliverables including code, associated tests, and documentation
  • Contribution to functional excellence in terms of definition and maintenance of standards, methods, and tools, bringing in best practices from market-standard implementations
  • Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces between on-premise solutions, cloud, and legacy systems
  • Pitch in where needed as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team
  • Solid background in Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design and systems architecture

  • Azure DevOps/VSTS experience
  • Cloud-based software experience (Microsoft Azure)
  • Agile Project Delivery techniques (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Auto software deployment technologies (Jenkins, Docker, Git)
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with TypeScript
  • Experience with testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Prior experience with SSR frameworks (Next.js)
