Job Title: MIS Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and data, as well as identifying inaccuracies in reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and report any issues with reports and dashboards, providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports for staff, sharing with managers.
  • Manage data repositories, updating daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Manage internal sales CRM tools, identifying and reporting any issues to management.
  • Manage external agencies for hiring and joining HC requirements.
  • Manage internal finance team requirements for external agencies.
  • Close the monthly payroll within the SLA.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, updating regularly.
  • Build relationships with external agencies to smooth the payroll process.
  • Work under pressure, managing the team and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct data and metrics analysis, understanding patterns and deriving KPIs/KRAs.
  • Audit all MI prepared by Executives.
  • Structure data and manage database for Ad Hoc reports.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Data Studio dashboards.
  • Ability to write good emails and possess good listening skills.
  • Ability to write new SOPs whenever required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good analytical, reasoning, and logical ability.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to represent data in multiple graphical forms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Google Forms, Response validation, and collection.
