About our Trade and Forex Team

We are a team of professionals working on trade and forex transactions. Our goal is to provide high-quality services to our customers while ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.

Job Description
  • Process trade and remittance transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in overall activities of the team, including preparing and sharing MIS reports.
  • Coordinate with CSD and branches for timely resolution of transaction discrepancies and customer queries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and achieve high levels of accuracy in making transactions.
  • Maintain and publish the pending status of transactions to branches and CSD.
  • Gain knowledge on regulatory, global, and internal guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills and sound knowledge of Trade Finance products.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others.
  • Good understanding of basic banking products and relevant regulations.
