Technical Project Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management for client implementations.

  • Familiarize yourself with Talogy solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop project scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Lead or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across a project.
  • Develop and communicate detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for project status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and other external stakeholders, such as vendors, associates, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
