Job Title: Data Engineering Expert

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role where you can leverage your expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable data solutions?

As a Data Engineer II, you will collaborate with business leaders to identify problems, propose innovative solutions, and raise standards. You will work closely with a team of Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Scientists to architect the application programming interface (API) and user interface (UI) in context with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ideate software solutions that meet business needs
  • Designing and developing client-side and server-side architecture for web applications
  • Developing functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end
  • Writing effective APIs, testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading applications
  • Creating security and data protection settings, building features and applications with a mobile-responsive design, and developing technical specifications

Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills in data engineering, including proficiency in EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Elastic Search. Experience working with agile methodologies and collaboration tools is a plus.
