Job Description

As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers. This includes technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

You will own the customer relationship end-to-end, ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business.
  • Architect and design scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises.
  • Integrate Lucidity seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
