Yoga Fitness Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to lead group and personal yoga, pranayama, meditation, and fitness sessions.

About the Position:
  • Conduct dynamic yoga, pranayama, meditation, and fitness-based classes.
  • Demonstrate and correct postures with proper alignment and modifications.
  • Create customized yoga fitness sequences according to student needs (weight loss, strength, flexibility, recovery, stress management).
  • Monitor students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during sessions.
  • Maintain a high energy, motivation, and positive environment in every class.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Yoga Teacher (minimum RYT-200 or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and fitness principles.
  • Prior experience in teaching yoga fitness, online or offline.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle beginner to advanced-level students.
  • Knowledge of pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
  • Bonus: Understanding of Ayurveda, diet, and holistic lifestyle coaching.
