Automated Testing Specialist

This is a technical role focused on designing and implementing automated test cases for software applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation

  • Design and implement automated test cases using Tosca and other testing frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain functional, regression, and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct API testing using Tosca to validate request/response behavior.

Agile Team Collaboration

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and story refinement, contributing QA insights early in the development cycle.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test data sets, ensuring clear traceability to requirements.

Quality Assurance Expertise

  • Identify and track defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to revalidate fixes.
  • Support test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.
  • Apply test design techniques to improve overall quality outcomes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred certifications: TOSCA Certification (TA1 or equivalent) or Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
