About the Role

As a Senior Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions and strategies to align with business objectives. This requires extensive experience in HR management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the HR department in developing and executing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing grievances and maintaining strong employee relations.
  • Learning & Development: Implement robust L&D programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Design and oversee competitive compensation structures and employee benefits packages.
  • Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance appraisals and feedback processes to align employee output with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with business requirements.
  • HR Policy Development: Review and refine HR policies in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Change Management: Manage organizational change and transformation initiatives effectively.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR; MBA in HR preferred.
  • Experience: 12+ years of HR experience with strong leadership skills.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement; strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance; excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Age: 40+
