Job Description:

This role involves leading the development of Debit Cards products and new initiatives to maximize revenue and optimize costs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer-centric value propositions, seamless end-to-end onboarding experiences, product-wise spends, activation, retention, and attrition metrics.

Responsibilities include building best-in-class customer-centric value propositions, tracking product-wise spends, activation, retention, and attrition metrics, and developing lead-focused campaigns. Additionally, the candidate should be able to ideate and conceptualize targeted interventions and programs using big data and Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in card product management for leading consumer banks.
  • Ability to construct a product roadmap for both existing and new product launches and direct a team towards the common roadmap.
  • End-to-end delivery from creating PRDs & BRDs, making product and phasing design decisions, creating GTMs, analyzing post-launch metrics, and continuous iteration.
  • Keen eye for numbers and ability to derive insights and product decisions based on numbers.
  • Grasp on statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders, negotiate complex topics, and resolve conflicts.
Education:

Fully qualified professional with a Masters degree from a Tier 1 B-School majoring in Finance/ Marketing/ Management/ Business Administration.

Work Experience Requirements

The candidate should have 7-15 years of experience in cards product management with a leading cards business/consumer bank and an understanding of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
