Job Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Japan. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Japan.
The role entails managing the end-to-end recruitment process across business groups, developing proactive sourcing strategies, and building talent pools for key areas in alignment with hiring needs. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs.
- Manage the recruitment process and provide talent acquisition solutions to meet business requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in alignment with hiring needs.
- Execute highly effective interviews and selection processes using various tools to improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of recruitment processes, tools, and reporting, ensuring recruiting process compliance.
- Design and lead recruitment marketing, Employer Branding campaigns, and Campus Programs to align with local practices.
- Evaluate recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and inform decisions in recruitment strategy and planning.
- Partner with the HRBP team to support the onboarding and offboarding process of local employees in Japan.
Requirements
- Experience with full-lifecycle recruiting, including req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with agency partners.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred.
- Native Japanese language skills, fluent or business-level English communication.
