We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to spearhead high-performance blockchain development.
This role involves designing, building, and optimizing complex software systems on Solana blockchain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems using best practices.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
- Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across software components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Rust programming language with good development experience in its ecosystem.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.
- Ability to guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack web applications, from smart contracts to frontend applications.
- Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on Solana blockchain.
- Strong understanding of various token standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
- Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management.
- R&D skills with the ability to prototype quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech, CS/IT or related field.
- 2+yrs of relevant exp. with Solana blockchain.
- Excellent Communication skills.
