Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through effective testing strategies and automation.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent knowledge on Automation and a proven track record in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.

The successful candidate will have expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

You will also have hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting) and a deep understanding of secure software development and automated security testing practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Integrate test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  • Analyze and report test results using AI-powered testing and analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.

  • Excellent knowledge on Automation.
  • Proven leadership skills in designing and executing end-to-end test strategies.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures.
