We are seeking a part-time, remote Frontend Software Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience in frontend development within a health technology startup environment.

The key responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of the frontend of our mobile application, collaborating with backend developers to support API integration, contributing to delivering a consistent and user-friendly interface, writing clean and maintainable code under the guidance of senior engineers, supporting testing and debugging efforts to ensure software quality, and participating in code reviews and team meetings to learn and contribute to ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A working knowledge of React Native or comparable hybrid app JS-based frameworks.
  • A solid foundation in Computer Science.
  • Demonstrable experience with frontend development from university projects.
  • Sufficient competency in UI/UX design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
